Snyder Langston provided preconstruction and general contracting services for a two-phase project that included the construction of three television-recording sound stages—two 18,000 square feet and one 25,000 square feet—featuring clear-span, wide-bay space with maximum clear heights; a four-story, steel-framed office building; and a 120-foot vehicular bridge across the Los Angeles River to provide greater access to the studio lot.
