Milestone achieved! Working under new health and safety guidelines, the Snyder Langston team celebrated a traditional topping out of the Be Well OC Campus by placing signed stickers on a beam. Located in Orange, California, the Be Well OC Campus will be the first of its kind and marks the forward progression in dealing with mental illness in our community. The goal of this project is to improve access to resources for behavioral health and social support within the county providing the population with an alternative to the emergency department or a series of disconnected services. The three-story, approx. 60,000 s.f., concrete tilt-up building is unique in that it combines traditional B-Occupancy (Commercial) with R-2.1 Occupancy (Residential).

Congrats to the Snyder Langston residential team, partnered with Shea Properties and KTGY Architecture + Planning, on achieving TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy) on the first building of a 431 unit apartment mixed-use community that consists of two mixed-use Type V podium buildings with retail under residential units and two stand-alone retail buildings. The project also includes clubhouses, pools/jacuzzies, fitness centers and a pedestrian bridge connecting the two podium buildings and controlled access entries.
