Community Support

Supporting the communities where we live and build is part of our DNA.

We feel fortunate to live and build in Southern California. For our teams, supporting the communities in our backyard is a privilege and a passion. Run by employee volunteers, our internal B.R.I.D.G.E. program offers monthly community service opportunities and provides employees the chance to elect causes of their choosing for the company to support. These events give our team a great chance to build camaraderie and support the communities that are home to us.

“I was one of the recipients of the Snyder Langston Scholarship. It really helped maximize the quality of my time as a senior. I was able to pay for tuition, all my required books and lab manuals with ease. It was also a confidence boost to know that there were people who believed in me.” – Ciera Fernandez, 4th Year General Civil Engineering Major at Cal Poly Pomona.

“It was with that scholarship that I was able to help pay for my tuition, and also reduce my work hours so that I could be able to do external activities such as my competition team and be board members on multiple clubs…so I’m extremely grateful to be able to receive this scholarship.” – Mariam Youssef, 4th Year Civil Engineering Major at Cal Poly Pomona
