Our Tracy Roth has been promoted to Senior Director, Human Resources! Tracy started with Snyder Langston in April 2014. During her time here, she has made a huge impact on our HR services. She spearheaded the implementation of Paycom and has spent much of her time working on recruiting efforts to supply our projects with incredible team members. Tracy is currently developing an internal Wellness Program and revamping our Performance Development Process. She embodies our value of Continuous Improvement. She constantly looks for ways to improve systems and processes for the betterment of the team. Congrats Tracy!
