Our Fred Wallitsch’s newest Ketchum University Project is up and running. We recently celebrated breaking ground on an extensive renovation project that will become Ketchum Health. A new undertaking in Anaheim with Marshall B. Ketchum University, this 81,000 s.f. project will result in a multi-disciplinary health care center for community patients offering optometry, pharmacy services, and future buildout spaces for general medical practice. The project is scheduled for completion in January of 2016. Big thanks to Andrew San Nicolas for his help on the groundbreaking.
