This 55-unit Type IIIA wood-framed mixed-use project combines four floors of multi-family housing on top of three levels of Type IA concrete. The apartment units will be conveniently located above a new three-story 25,000 square foot Joshua House Health Center medical clinic to serve the surrounding under-privileged community of downtown Los Angeles.
This project is a unique combination of mixed-use for Snyder Langston that includes both Residential and Healthcare service lines. The medical clinic is OSHPD 3 and will offer waiting rooms, multiple lobbies, offices dedicated to social work and mental health, exam rooms, a few laboratories, optometry, pharmacy, chapel, conference rooms, and an elevated garden.
