The project consists of a complete tenant improvement demolition and new build-out of the CalOptima Headquarters building in Orange. The scope comprises 140,000 s.f. of space in a basement and six upper floors and includes computer room air conditioning units, a computer room FM-200 clean agent fire suppression system, access flooring, high-end millwork, operable partitions and a full range of tenant improvement construction finishes. Project was completed five weeks ahead of schedule.
