Ground up construction and build-out of an affordable multi-family housing complex in the City of Anaheim. The project consists of 45 units within three separate, three-story buildings. Amenities included an attached 2,565 s.f. community room, as well as 12,357 s.f. of outdoor playground space and 75 parking stalls for residents.
Building construction is wood frame with tile roofs and stucco exterior, along with upgraded interior finishes.
