This core and shell project for Irvine Company Office Properties includes the ground-up construction of two four-story buildings, one three-story building, and extensive site work on 19 acres. The scope of work included interior lobby buildouts, an outdoor amenity structure, and a unitized curtain wall system with custom entry canopies featuring starphire glass. Both phases of this project were built concurrently.
