The 23,500 s.f. interior office improvement involved installation of skylights and window openings; as well as, demolition, abatement and removal of 6,000 s.f. of manufacturing and testing facilities to create new offices, restrooms and break areas.
The improvements included new cloud-type ceilings, glass partitions, new upgraded DDC controlled HVAC system, and installation of two 23-foot skylights.
Site work included the renovation of an existing 50,000 s.f. visitor entry and parking areas. Demolition and removal of the existing parking, vegetation and water feature were completed in order to install custom concrete walkways, light fixtures, upgraded utilities, new pavers and trees to the site.
