Snyder Langston renovated 166,000 s.f. of existing site work at the southern end of Fashion Island Entertainment Center for Irvine Company which began in the summer of 2012.
The project consisted of three new restaurant building pads totaling over 22,000 s.f. The current tenants are high-end restaurants Fig & Olive, Red “O” and Cucina Enoteca. All three buildings will incorporate outdoor patios, trellises and fireplaces.
