Perched above the City of Fullerton at the corner of Bastanchury and Malvern Avenue, the 174,000 s.f. manufacturing and corporate headquarters facility houses 140 employees, as well as, all of the equipment required to manufacture and distribute hydraulic lines and fittings to the aerospace industry.
The building features a radius glass two-story entry wall system composed of sandstone stone veneer cut and delivered from India, architectural “lantern” rooms, high-end lighting fixtures, skylights, and serene fountains. The facility is also equipped with high tech equipment including an uninterrupted power system, wireless network and a state-of-the-art board room.
