This project consists of an ADA hardscape reconstruction and parking lot improvement reconfiguration. The exterior façade renovation at Smart & Final and Jenny Craig includes partial demolition of existing exterior finishes, column, storefronts and fabric awnings. Snyder Langston proposed exterior finishes and storefronts with lighting throughout center.
