Snyder Langston constructed the first all-new Mercedes Benz dealership in California in more than 20 years. The firm provided full turnkey development and construction for the 44,000 s.f. building with a 5,000 s.f. mezzanine level of administrative offices. The project also featured 35 service bays and a 2,700 s.f. showroom, all situated on a 3.6-acre site. Delivered five weeks ahead of schedule, the facility was brought in under budget and also allowed the dealership to open two weeks before the holidays and resulted in the sale of more than 100 vehicles before the end of the year.
