SERVICE LINE: Snyder Langston

Ground-up construction of the 10-story, 250,000 s.f. home to the Riverside County District Attorney. This project also features a three-level, 370,776 s.f., 331-stall subterranean parking structure. The project was completed in 21 months from time of mobilization to Certificate of Occupancy.

The building is a structural steel frame with structural lightweight concrete decks. The skin is precast and travertine with punch window glazing. The mechanical system is a cooling tower with fan rooms on each floor. Scope of work included a full tenant build-out for the District Attorney of Riverside County California.

The steel-frame structure involved considerable coordination with City of Riverside, County and local utilities for the temporary closure of one street to allow for the crane to erect steel. Noise disruption to neighboring building tenants and residents was kept to a minimum by posting frequent website and newspaper updates.
