Irvine, CA

SERVICE LINE: Snyder Langston

Snyder Langston completed Development Services and Construction for the Tarbut V’ Torah Community Day School. This project consists of a 480-student, 62,000 s.f. high school, including classrooms, an extensive library and laboratories, and a 130,000 s.f. community center. The community center includes an athletic club and gym, basketball court and weight room, a pre-school, various agency offices, a performance hall for 500 people, and a cafeteria serving the high school banquet events.

Snyder Langston managed the Land Purchase process and the entire Conditional Use Permit process in a very controversial neighborhood. The coordination involved many neighborhood meetings and a presentation to community groups and the City Planning Department. The primary issues were traffic and aesthetics.
