Watson Laboratories, Inc., one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the United States, turned to Snyder Langston for assistance in planning for company growth. The project involved repositioning more than 200,000 s.f. of existing building space.
Watson Laboratories had an immediate need to expand their operations. The company was experiencing tremendous growth and simply needed more room. Snyder Langston determined early in the planning process that a complete business relocation was cost prohibitive due to operational disruption and the time requirements to gain FCG approval for a new facility. We determined that the best solution was to reposition the existing buildings and expand their existing campus.
