Phase I included the land purchase and construction of a 250,000 s.f. industrial manufacturing building. After 12 months of negotiations, Snyder Langston helped Clark purchase 80 acres of land in South Riverside County. Snyder Langston, with the help of Riverside County EDA, negotiated the purchase of the property. Six months of extensive title review and due diligence was required to analyze the risk associated with the purchase.
