- The scope includes exterior skin cleaning, repair/painting, rebuild of north and south building entries and foyers, exterior amenities area and decorative planters, fully renovated common corridors and restrooms, new flooring in all common areas, full elevator modernization, HVAC/Mechanical upgrades, new primary suite entrance doors throughout, LED lighting upgrades (including entire parking level), entry and site perimeter landscaping/grade/drainage upgrades, replacement of VAVs, water heater replacements, interior/exterior signage, and various other modifications and repairs.
