Joint project between the YMCA, Children & Families Commission, Segerstrom High School, the Segerstrom Family and the Van Cleve Foundation Trust, to provide a joint-use facility to service the community and students of Segerstrom High School. A portion of the project was under DSA oversight due to the joint-use with the high school.
