Recent Promotions

Congratulations to these ladies on their promotions!

JENNY WALKER to Senior Project Manager
Jenny’s dedication to this company and her team shows through all the projects she has worked on, such as OC Animal Care Center, Bixby Redhill, several Irvine Company Retail Projects, Mercedes Benz in Laguna Niguel, and South Coast Repertory. In addition to Jenny’s project accomplishments, she has been very active with BRIDGE, created and taught several SLU classes, managed multiple project simultaneously, helped with our Prolog implementation, and has taken the lead on several warranty issues, including projects that she did not build. Jenny is the first woman to hold the title of Senior Project Manager at Snyder Langston and we are incredibly proud of her accomplishments!

KAY DE GUZMAN to Senior Project Engineer
Kay is currently working on our Providence Breeze MOB & Parking Structure project in Torrance and is helping to integrate 2 new Project Engineers on that project. Throughout her time at Snyder Langston, Kay has worked on several large complex projects, including Hyundai, Western Digital, Hoag Health Center Irvine, Alhambra Place, Eastside Christian Church, and now Breeze MOB, to name a few. Kay has always been a great team player and her commitment to quality has helped us deliver those projects successfully.

WENDY BALLAM to Senior Project Engineer
Wendy’s fantastic attitude and thorough knowledge of our process and structure make her a huge asset to her teams. Some of the projects she has worked on thus far include Plaza 183, Hotel Irvine Renovation, ASICS America Headquarters, CalOptima Headquarters, DreamWorks Animation, and Walnut Village. If you need a permit pulled or bond released, especially in Irvine, Wendy is your expert!

MONICA FUSCALDO to Estimator
Monica has worked as a Bid Coordinator for Snyder Langston and is continuing her career path goals in moving to an Estimator position for our Optym team. We are excited for this career path development and to watch her high quality work ethic applied to this role.

KESLEY FRAZIER to Project Engineer
Kelsey was an intern on the Masimo TI, Lakeshore, & Shea Vantis projects and is now a Project Engineer on our Concordia University project. She has already proven to be a huge contributor to her teams and we look forward to watching her excel in this new position as a Project Engineer.

TANIA DIAZ to Project Engineer
Working as an intern on the Shea Vantis project, Tania’s dedication and enthusiasm to learn was apparent quickly. She is also a recent graduate of Cal State Long Beach and we congratulate her on this achievement as well. Tania has proven to be a great team player and we are excited to officially welcome her to the Snyder Langston family.
