Snyder Langston’s Skid Row SP7 Apartments celebrated the topping out. Congratulations to the entire team on achieving this milestone! The project is located in Los Angeles, CA, consisting of 81 affordable housing units, residential amenities and ground-level parking, featuring five floors of Type-IIIA construction over two floors of Type I-A construction with occupancy types R-2 and S-2. The SP7 Apartments is one of eight affordable housing projects Snyder Langston was contracted by Skid Row Housing Trust; it was designed by KFA Architecture. The project is anticipated to be completed by January of 2021.
