Occupied renovation projects are extremely challenging and often times need to handled delicately, and Snyder Langston Residential was a key part of making our Central 1 project a great success for Skid Row Housing Trust. I had the opportunity to work with Snyder Langston on a 100,000 rsf headquarters building. This was a complicated development for creative office space with several custom changes to the initial plans. Snyder Langston’s project team completed this project on time within an accelerated schedule duration. We felt that the entire Snyder Langston team represented the client’s best interests at all times. They were a pleasure to work with.

Autogravity

The SL AutoGravity Team was amazing!! This was a very complex Tenant Improvement job with anything but industry standard improvements. Aaron, Michael, and Jose's proactive team approach to this project and attention to detail is why were we able to get this 40K+ SF TI job completed in under 5 months. Their ability to keep the entire team apprised of issues affecting completion was the key in resolving issues quickly and minimizing schedule impacts. Throughout the project their efforts to think outside the box and partner with their Subcontractors to coordinate many of the design elements was instrumental in maintaining the design. The finished product speaks for itself ... it is the "jewel box" of Irvine Company's first TI project in our new Next Generation buildings located at Sand Canyon Business Center, Irvine, CA. I look forward to working with this team again as I know that I can rely on their passionate team approach!!

Our experience with SL Residential as the General Contractor on the Valencia Terrace project was excellent and probably the best of any of our many projects around the country over the past 15 years.  The entire team from the Project Executive, to the Project Manager, the Superintendents and the office staff were very professional and approached the construction process with a proactive, “problem = solution” attitude.  They looked for ways to add value to the end product that would benefit the future residents and the quality of the work while bringing the project in under budget and on schedule.   Their warranty service and post occupancy follow up and correction work was also very good.  We highly recommend SLR  and look forward to having them as our builder of choice for any opportunities in the future.
